Chi Kung exercises
I endeavored to put into practice the breathing we had discussed the previous week.
Stretching Exercises/Balance Techniques
I found the stretching exercises were easier as I am getting more flexible each week. I
also found that my balance is gradually improving and I can hold the posture exercises
with ease now.
T'ai Chi Handform
It was the most exciting experience to go through the whole of the T'ai Chi Handform,
(it was my first time), and I realise just how much there is to learn and am avid to
learn.
Stress Control through Spiritual Healing
We continued with the self-healing. I felt a little disappointed as I did not
experience any great sensations and wondered whether my concentration was lacking.
